★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonne expérience avec deer, j'avais rapporté un alternateur à réparer car impossible d'en avoir un neuf (rupture de stock chez tous les fournisseurs, minimum 2 mois d'attente sur le net et chez le constructeur). Ils me l'ont donc réparé, cependant le régulateur n'était pas le même car aussi en rupture, et l'ordinateur de bord de ma voiture ne le prenait pas en compte donc ça ne fonctionnait pas. N'ayant pas noté sur la facture le régulateur, ils m'ont fait un échange standard sans supplément car la personne à l'accueil avait pris le soin d'en commander un neuf par sécurité, qu'ils ont réussi à avoir sous deux semaines. Top!
Good experience with deer, I brought back an alternator to repair because it was impossible to get a new one (out of stock at all suppliers, minimum 2 months waiting on the net and at the manufacturer). So they fixed it for me, however the regulator was not the same because it was also broken, and the on-board computer of my car did not take it into account so it did not work. Not having noted the regulator on the invoice, they gave me a standard exchange at no extra charge because the person at the reception had taken care to order a new one for security, which they managed to have under two weeks. Top!
