★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order some time ago as moniqi. The GOODS WERE NEVER SENTt although payment was made. Tried to contact them several times over e mail and via phone to Belgium which is just on a constant recorded loop. I'd advise to STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for an order I placed 3 months ago. As other reviewers mentioned: they keep putting off the delivery date once I contact them to complain (they don't preemptively contact you to say there is a delay in the order). Never ordering from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a table 4 month ago (21 of April) and told me to be patient, they sent me 2 emails that the delivrey would be delayed. Now they tell me that there is a problem with my order and give me a credit to use on there website which i didn't ask for and i don't want to spend a single penny for them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy here. It's a fraud. I placed an order five months ago on July 8 with a delivery date between 10 and 16 August and still have not received the product. My credit card, however, was fully charged in July for EUR 450. They sent me several misleading emails promising delivery in August, then in September, then in November, nothing arrived. The product (Gubi Semi lamp brass) is still advertised as available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered a lamp, received the wrong lamp. They acknowledged it was their mistake, promised to make it right and never did. I pushed them 6 times over a period of 3 months, still nothing is done. I'm stuck with something I did not order, and they don't even want to take it back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to share my bad experience, like many others here.
The product I received was not of the quality that I expected so I tried to send it back. Weeks later, only after I opened a Paypal case, I was provided with a return label. I sent the product back and it was received on June 19. Now, on July 6 and several email and paypal messages later, I still have not received a refund.
So, the bad return policy seems to be a business model.
Do NOT buy at this online store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lesson learned, always read the reviews before ordering online. I did not, and now I have no Christmas gifts for 5 family members, despite making an order on 9th November 2020 with a 20 day expected delivery time. Decovry changed the delivery date 3 times before they offered to cancel my order, only 4 days before Christmas!
They have responded well when I email, and apologetic in their response, but they obviously cannot provide the service they are advertising, either due to issues with the suppliers they choose, or their own internal issues. Do not order from them.
