★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na lang twijfelen en rondkijken nieuwe wagen dan toch beslist om eens langs te gaan bij Mazda . We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen de nodige uitleg zonder opdringerig te zijn.
Er werd tijd voor ons genomen en we waren aangenaam verrast door de vele mogelijkheden van de wagen . Gisteren hebben we onze cx5 mogen ophalen en het is een plezier om mee te rijden .
After long hesitation and looking around for a new car , decided to pay a visit to Mazda . We were received very kindly and received the necessary explanation without being intrusive.
Time was taken for us and we were pleasantly surprised by the many possibilities of the car. Yesterday we were able to pick up our cx5 and it is a pleasure to drive.

° Expérience client sur place correcte: Bel effort en français. Flexible pour un test drive sans prendre de rendez-vous. Bémol: aucune indication et communication dans le processus de paiement et de livraison du véhicule.
°Expérience post livraison: J'ai oublié la tablette de mon enfant dans mon ancien véhicule. Orienté solution, le stagiaire s'est rendu personnellement à Bruxelles pour me la rendre.
° Pour l'instant le véhicule correspond tout à fait à ce que j'attendais.
Merci à l'équipe et mention spéciale aux deux commerciaux qui ont géré tant bien que mal le soucis dans processus de paiement.
° Impeccable customer experience by email: enormous effort in French (a real pleasure), Very interesting offer in the trade-in of my old vehicle (without even having seen it).
° Correct on-site customer experience: Nice effort in French. Flexible for a test drive without making an appointment. Downside: no indication and communication in the process of payment and delivery of the vehicle.
°Post-delivery experience: I forgot my child's tablet in my old vehicle. Solution-oriented, the intern went personally to Brussels to return it to me.
° For the moment the vehicle corresponds exactly to what I expected.
Thank you to the team and special mention to the two sales people who somehow managed the problem in the payment process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles prima verlopen, goede volledige informatie verkregen over de wagen, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, zowel telefonisch als via mail goed te bereiken. Vorige week onze Mazda CX5 demowagen mogen ophalen en wat rijdt hij geweldig.
Everything went well, received good complete information about the car, very friendly reception, easy to reach by phone and email. Got to pick up our Mazda CX5 demo car last week and it drives great.
