Pour m’assurer de rester pro-actif dans mes choix, je travaille avec Michael.
Ensemble, nous réfléchissons à la pertinence des objectifs que je me fixe et nous revoyons mon évolution par rapport à ceux ci régulièrement.
Cela m’assure plus de rigueur dans le suivi de mes objectifs mais c’est aussi un regard extérieur qui me pousse dans la réflexion à l’aide de sa boite à outil de coach et son expérience de l’accompagnement.
