★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In coronatijden heb ik slechte ervaringen met deze polikliniek. Zeker bij receptie. Als ik bel, neemt vaak niemand op. Ik moest een afspraak maken bij de huisarts maar het is niet mogelijk meteen te maken. U dient te wachten tot de huisarts u terug belt en bevestigt wanneer de afspraak gemaakt kan worden.
Dus ik zou zeggen dat het proces niet efficiënt is en soms kan leiden tot frustraties
In corona times I have bad experiences with this outpatient clinic. Especially at reception. When I call, often no one picks up. I had to make an appointment with the doctor but it is not possible to make immediately. You must wait until the doctor calls you back and confirms when the appointment can be made.
So I would say the process is not efficient and can sometimes lead to frustrations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk personeel en kon er snel terecht bij de oogarts. Wel redelijk verouderd en niet makkelijk om parking te vinden.
Friendly staff and was able to see the ophthalmologist quickly. Quite outdated and not easy to find parking.
