★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verzending van de online bestelling gaat zeer vlot, zelfs in corona tijden! Ook in de winkel wordt je steeds goed geholpen door de vriendelijke dames. Bij problemen is er ook een goede service en wordt alles binnen een redelijke termijn opgelost. De winkel is gezellig ingericht en er is een mooi en ruim aanbod aan kwaliteitsstoffen. Deze winkel is verslavend voor mij!
 Shipping of the online order is very smooth, even in corona times! Also in the store you are always well helped by the friendly ladies. In case of problems, there is also good service and everything is resolved within a reasonable period of time. The store is nicely decorated and there is a beautiful and wide range of quality fabrics. This store is addictive to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb op 21 mei stof online besteld. Op 28 mei kreeg ik te horen dat ze het eigenlijk niet op voorraad had - haar online winkel was niet geüpdatet. Ik vroeg mijn geld terug - ze weigerde - dit is in strijd met de EU-wetgeving - in de EU heb je het recht om alle producten met 14 dagen te retourneren voor een terugbetaling. Ik heb dan 25 dagen gewacht tot het product in de winkel kwam.
Ik zal nooit meer bij haar bestellen.
I ordered fabric online on May 21. On May 28, I was told she actually had it out of stock - her online store had not been updated. I asked for my money back - she refused - this is in violation of EU law - in the EU you have the right to return all products with 14 days for a refund. I then waited 25 days for the product to hit the store.
I will never order from her again.
