 Thomas has replaced my gas heater. He arrived at the agreed time and did a nice job with a smile. I cannot help but be satisfied. Super guest !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offerte gevraagd via mail, na vier dagen geen reactie dus maar zelf gebeld en op voice mail ingesproken. Nooit reactie gehad, zelfs geen "geen interesse". De basis van tevredenheid is communicatie, in elke fase. Score is dus geen waardering van het geleverde werk, maar waardering van de fase ervoor aangezien ik nooit het werk heb kunnen beoordelen.
Quotation requested by e-mail, so no response after four days, so called myself and recorded on voice mail. Never had a response, not even "no interest". The basis of satisfaction is communication, at every stage. Score is therefore not an appreciation of the work delivered, but an appreciation of the phase before it, as I was never able to assess the work.
