Creative and delicious dishes, courteous personnel, stylish and warm interior. Do you need any more reasons to visit this restaurant before Chef De Belder earns his star? If so, there's always the excellent wine menu or the top notch desserts.
Also worth mentioning: the vegetarian menu is second to none in the Antwerp region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable that this restaurant does not have a Michelin star. Very good service, and explanation about food and wine. The plates are pieces of art in terms of the quality of the ingredients and creativity of the dish. Young, very motivated and dynamic team, which surely contributes to the general hospitality.

When paying more than 100 euro per person for a 3 course a la carte menu some things we experienced are very much below the expected standard:
Serving a Belgian sparkling wine in branded champagne glasses of a different wine.
Having to ask for a finger bowl after being served half of a lobster.
On a personal preference/note we would have had liked a menu option in stead of only a la carte options.
Also the quality of the food is no longer what we remembered of it hen we visited a few years ago and the previous owner/chef was still active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks and feels fancy - atmosphere, staff and little things like fingernail-size appetisers that takes longer to describe then enjoy. Fairly pricey, too. Dishes were OK, but not great - good quality, but somewhat unimpressive and somewhat bland. We had duck breast and risotto, it wasn't bad but wasn't amazing either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality, high end place with friendly staff and very good service. Wine was good, and food was better (we were 4 people trying both meat and seafood). The dessert was simple but among the best choc mousses ever tried. Of course, is not a cheap place, but most def worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is so difficult to assign stars to this restaurant! The food was genuinely some of the best we’ve had in our lives! Phenomenal chef! The problem was in the timelines of the meal. It took four hours for four courses. It was a painful amount of time to wait in between an appetizer, a starter and a main course. If you have a great novel, or a high potential first date, I highly recommend coming here! It’ll give you time to enjoy yourself. If you are looking at dining in under four hours, pass.
