Des problèmes d’humidité jamais réglés malgré nos nombreux messages et appels, un trou dans le parquet qui devait être réparé après notre installation qui a finalement été comblé avec du CIMENT (en plein milieu de la pièce de vie), des services comptabilisés dans les charges dont tu ne bénéficie pas, une sécurité négligée (intervention tardive et non efficace après plusieurs vols dans le bâtiment) … Nous avons dû passer devant le juge de paix pour qu’ils renoncent enfin à certaines demandes injustifiées à la fin de notre contrat.
 Group that manages their investments extremely poorly. I was a tenant for 2 years in one of their buildings. Humidity problems never resolved despite our many messages and calls, a hole in the parquet that had to be repaired after our installation which was finally filled with CEMENT (in the middle of the living room), services accounted for in the charges that you do not benefit from, neglected security (late and ineffective intervention after several thefts in the building) ... We had to go before the justice of the peace so that they finally waive certain unjustified requests at the end of our contract.
