★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of yesterday were quite cold. Not so friendly. Hardly no eye contact. When we reached, one of them called her collegue probably to say 'De mensen van (nummer) zijn hier'. This is not professional. A tip in case you have not been trained for it : use guest or Mr./ Ms. the name of the person.
Atleast client would also be acceptable even if it is not adviseable in this sector. We rented a very nice one very satisfied with the interior but the mirror was not cleaned, the staff were not dynamic, and the pump near the sauna was making a lot of noise which kind of spoiled our wedding anniversary.

Very clean units with jacuzzi,swimming pool,infrared bed,sauna and an extremely good filled minibar(lots of choice).
Really helpfull and welltrained staff...very nice location too.
There is a small outside terras were you can chill or smoke a cigarette.
Even breakfast with or without champagne is a possibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and relaxing place with friendly personnel. Everything was properly cleaned and in perfect working order.
I have to take down one star for the toilet door not closing and the door to the outside patio blowing open from a bit of wind.
The toilet door was actually warped due to the high humidity, which is why it didn't close. As to why the door to the patio didn't close properly (and thus, blew open), I'm not sure.
The sound system works via USB Stick. There appeared to be some sort of Bluetooth functionality but I couldn't pair my device. I would have liked an easy way to get my own music playing.
Overall, excellent experience.
