Apart from overpriced vehicles third class service stay away. They don't like or care about the clients.

For everyone who is planning on buying a car at Debels, I strongly urge you to reconsider this. It’s nothing more than a fraudulent car company who do not care whatsoever about their service or customers. They straight-out lied to me several times and when confronting the company with their lies, their response was simply it’s your word against ours. I bought a car from Debels in September under the knowledge that the car did not have to go to through the special vehicle inspection. I asked the company more than once if the car only needed to pass the regular vehicle inspection, to which they answered me was the case. However, when I made an appointment for a regular vehicle inspection of the car to register it to my name, the vehicle inspection crew told me the car had to go to a special vehicle inspection. This special vehicle inspection is not only far more difficult to pass, but it also costs much more money. When I confronted the company with this, they were not receptive for my complaint at all. They flat-out lied and told me that they have made me aware of this, which is absolutely nonsense. On 3 separate occasions I explicitly asked them whether this car only required a regular vehicle inspection. The first time when I called them to check if the car was still available, the second time when I physically went to see the car and the third time right before I handed the money. Each time I was told that the car only needed to pass the regular vehicle inspection. So, to everyone out there thinking of visiting or buying a car, please be aware and stay away! The car company Debels is nothing more than untrustworthy and fraudulent who will say anything to sell their cars.

Very unprofessional service - we've agreed on a price for a car just before the company's opening hours and 5mins before the company was meant to open for business the car was listed as sold to another customer. Extremely unprofessional!
