★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele fijne plek om een namiddagje rond te kuieren. Goed te doen met een buggy en fijn voor peuters/kleuters om te spelen. Ook loopt er een fijne geocashetoer door het gebied, zeker aan te raden!
 Very nice place to stroll around for an afternoon. Good to do with a buggy and nice for toddlers / preschoolers to play. There is also a nice geocaching tour through the area, definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice piece of nature, large forest to walk in. Surrounded by meadows. Love the silence here and it's very beautiful at sunrise. There is also a bistro with a large playground for the kids. Free parking is also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a rainy day we went for a stroll at Averegten. After the walk we treated ourselves to a 'spiced' hot drink before driving home.
Also plenty of stuff to entertain the younger ones.
