★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Enter with the intention of selecting my next BMW to order. Was there in the early evening around 16.30. Took my partner and both kids for them to check our the car too and see what suits them best. Area in the back seats, boot etc.
We were not greeted by any employee at the dealership. Several people passed us without even saying hello. We went to the 530e Touring as this is the one I would like to order. Sat in the car, in the back seats, opened all doors, checked boot etc. No a single salesman came to check on us. Then we went over to the X3 xDrive 30e which would be an option too. Same thing checked the whole car out and again no one approach us. Left after about 30 minutes. An employee was moving cars at the parking, he was the only one who said hello. I will still buy a BMW BUT NOT AT DAVO, worst place I have seen in years.
