Le pire fournisseur avec lequel nous ayons jamais travaillé. Nous avons fait installer un portail par Dar-Deco il y a 2 ans et n'avons eu que des soucis. La peinture ne tient pas, et nous essayons en vain de les faire revenir pour remplacer le poteau de guidage dont la peinture s'écaille totalement (garantie de 10 ans, soi-disant !). Ils ne donnent plus aucun signe de vie malgré nos nombreux appels, mails, envois de courrier par recommandé. A éviter à tout prix !
The worst supplier we have ever worked with. We had a gate installed by Dar-Deco 2 years ago and only had problems. The paint does not hold, and we try in vain to make them come back to replace the guide post whose paint is completely peeling (10 year warranty, supposedly!). They no longer give any sign of life despite our many calls, emails, and registered mail. Avoid at all costs!

Bonne expérience, le portail est très beau, mais surtout je voudrais insister sur l’honnêteté de cette société. j’ai payé la facture d’acompte et mon mari aussi, sans s’en rendre compte, on avait donc payé le portail 100% à la commande. Le portail est arrivé dans les bons délais, et sur la facture finale je n’avais plus rien à payer. Félicitation à toute l’équipe de dardeco
Good experience, the portal is very beautiful, but above all I would like to emphasize the honesty of this company. I paid the down payment invoice and so did my husband, without realizing it, so we paid for the portal 100% on order. The portal arrived on time, and on the final invoice I had nothing more to pay. Congratulations to the whole dardeco team

Depuis des semaines nous demandons un dépannage pour le système d'ouverture du portail. Sans nouvelles. Nous avons fait appel à une autre électricien. Ne faites pas confiance. Pour vendre ok, mais service après-vente nul
For weeks we have been asking for troubleshooting for the gate opening system. Without news. We hired another electrician. Don't trust. To sell ok, but bad after-sales service

Portail installé parfaitement. Malheureusement un service après-vente déplorable!! Une petite pièce a cassé et on attend depuis plusieurs mois le passage promis sur place... on a finalement décider de se débrouiller seul pour ne pas attendre une année complète.
Gate installed perfectly. Unfortunately a deplorable after-sales service!! A small part broke and we have been waiting for several months for the promised passage on site... we finally decided to manage on our own so as not to wait a full year.

This company has a good selection of products - I talk specifically about electric gates - but trying to receive an accurate quote and details of specifications is almost impossible. It has taken us three months to get nowhere. The complete lack of transparency and the fact that every subsequent change to the quote increased the price when we attempting to reduce it left us feeling frustrated. The customer service is difficult and in the end we were left with no confidence and an obligation to look elsewhere. 13 0000 is too much to pay for a gate with that many hassles!

The installation went well, however, I will admit they were the only company that showed up (we arranged appointments with three other companies). The after-sales customer service could use a great deal of improvement. 1) We have called them for a replacement fob, after three months of waiting for a response we ordered one online from Amazon. 2) We have called for a replacement light bulb that signals when the gate is opening and closing, after four months of waiting for a response we found a YouTube video with such instructions. 3) Now we have called for maintenance of the gate motor (the gate either doesn't open where we have to manually open the gate OR opens sluggishly), after five months we are still waiting, so we open our gate in the morning and leave it open all day until the last person comes home just so that we don't put much strain on the motor. What's the point in having an automatic gate, if it doesn't open automatically?

The company is very unprofessional. I emailed them 2 weeks ago to have a new gate installed. As i did not received any reply, I called them. They promised to call me back to discuss my request. As i received no calls, I sent another email after 2 weeks. I have yet to receive any response 12 days after my last email. I really don't understand it. If they don't want the job, a simple reply would be sufficient and would be much more professional.
