★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel mooi om te wandelen maar alleen wordt het water verwaarloosd doordat er omgewaaide bomen inliggen en die veroorzaken hemische schimmels waardoor het water vervuild is en waar er echt niks aan gedaan wordt een schande
 Very nice for a walk but only the water is neglected because there are fallen trees and they cause hemic fungi, which pollutes the water and where nothing is really done about it, a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Damvallei een oord van rust en ontspanning, midden veel groen, fauna en flora. Dit is de unieke plaats om te wandelen, te lopen of zelfs met de fiets rond te rijden. Je kan er ook veel vogels spotten!
The Dam valley is a place of rest and relaxation, surrounded by greenery, fauna and flora. This is the unique place to walk, run or even ride a bicycle. You can also spot many birds!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel mooi natuurgebied om te wandelen, met vlonderpaden rond verschillende meertjes en door stukjes bos. Via Natuurpunt verschillende wandelingen die je kan volgen. Wel dicht bij en soms over autostrades maar dit hindert niet echt. In winter stevig schoeisel zeker aangeraden voor de modder. Was rustig wandelen een aanrader. Parkeren kan bij de sporthal.
Very nice nature reserve for walking, with decking paths around various lakes and through pieces of forest. Various walks that you can follow via Natuurpunt. Close to and sometimes over highways, but this is not really a problem. In winter sturdy footwear is recommended for the mud. Was a quiet walk recommended. Parking is possible at the sports hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large pond surrounded by greenery. There is also a hut where you can spot birds. This is a nice place for both joggers and walkers. I myself am disturbed by the continuous noise of the highway noises.
The nearby sports hall offers a small parking lot and a place to have a drink with a view of the pond. There are also some drinking establishments along the various walking routes.
