Il s'agissait d'une panne électrique sur un appareil encore sous garantie légale ; et malgré ce dernier jour de l'année, elles ont pu le déposer à l'atelier pour être remis à neuf sur le champ et GRATUITEMENT. Merci à la Direction d'avoir permis une telle bienveillance, poliment et avec sourire. Cela vaut la peine de se savoir ! Cordialement. Avec nos meilleurs Vœux de Bonheur et de Bonne Santé en 2021. Hello of thanks and respect to the 2 charming people and listening to our concerns and our anxiety, during our trip to the DALCQ S.A. headquarters rue de Hainaut in COURCELLES. It was an electrical failure on a device still under legal warranty; and despite this last day of the year, they were able to drop it off at the workshop to be refurbished immediately and FREE of charge. Pour info: La friteuse se met en sécurité si vous la faites chauffer "à vide". Une fois refroidie, il suffit de réenclencher le fusible qui se trouve dans le compartiment de rangement du fil à l'arrière de la résistance - Suivez le cordon d'alimentation et vous le trouverez facilement ... Je recommande sans soucis ... Ils ont aussi un gaufrier qui est super ! Top fryers - completely removable and ready for the dishwasher ... and made in Belgium! For info: The fryer goes into safety if you heat it "empty". Once cooled, simply reset the fuse which is in the wire storage compartment on the back of the resistance - Follow the power cord and you will find it easily ... I recommend without worries ... They also have a waffle iron which is great!
