★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered real problems with the bike that I bought that were hidden by the seller. A good place if you have a sharp eye and a large wallet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want expensive parts that are actually cheap, with no after-care and and a depressing service, this is the place. I paid 280€ for a complete reservice- and was told I had to pay extra if I wanted to choose parts.... Talk about a bad retail experience on SEVERAL occasions....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dream for anyone wanting to learn about bike maintenance. The workshop is fully equipped with tools and basic parts, and experienced and mild mannered mechanics can assist or teach you just about anything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is SOLELY based on first impression/ customer experience.
We approached the shop on a Tuesday evening around 5pm (Google said shop was open until 7, sign on the door said 7 as well). Lights were on, multiple people inside the store, employe in the back, sign on the window said “open”. Upon taking one step into the store, we were told by an employee in a rather rude and aggressive manner, “We are closed and you need to respect us”. My friend and I were quite perplexed seeing as every indication led us to believe the store was open. If we were led to believe the store was closed, i understand his statement, but this was not so.
This small interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth, so much so I decided to write a review.
I hope this was an isolated incident and this is not the way they treat all potential customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expirienced mechanics. I went there to fix my bike, got excellent advice on repair options, and learned a lot of new things. They have many tools and good selection of spare parts. We had a great laugh on my carbon prorace bike (sad story though). You have to have a bit of self-humour not to get offended, but the guys are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented bikes with Cyclo at Beurs for a week. And we were very happy with them. They were very good quality, good gears and breaks. Perfect for touring the outskirts of Brussels. And wonderful that the children’s seat was free! Very sympathetic! Merci Cyclo! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pleased they were open for essential repairs during the covid19 confinement period. He agreed to mend a puncture ( not change the inner-tube) and I left him my GSM because I would wait around the corner until he phoned. I had a replacement innertube with me. But no phone call. I walked past and he said he had mended the puncture, except he had not! He did not looked for a puncture, but instead replaced the inner tube and charged me 6 eur for it. The innertube I had bought with me was not used. If he had phoned me to say he would replace the tube I would have returned and given him my inner-tube. I was annoyed.
Suspect some of this is lost in translation - My French is mediocre and his English was zero.
Costs: 15 EUR for the service and 6 EUR for the innertube = 21 EUR.
Otherwise, amazing workshop. I imagine they have the tools to fix just about any thing on a bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Great service - with a lot of wink wink - and all the tools you can dream of. They teach you tons. Above all: just great to fix/service your bike yourself. Nobody to blame if you did a poor job... . And the price. Jeez, that’s a free ride.
