Total, no service to the customers, very slow or no correct deliveries, contracts are not overflowed with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prise des tailles des vêtements n'est pas suivie. Lorsque vous envoyer un mail à la responsable, elle ne répond même plus. Les promesses tenues sont très vite oubliées. Service déplorable !!
The taking of the sizes of the clothes is not followed. When you send an email to the manager, she does not even answer anymore. The promises kept are very quickly forgotten. Bad service !!

A disaster in terms of service. NOTHING is done correctly. Once the contract is signed everything goes wrong. It is simply to flee. I took over a company under contract with them but seeing the negative reviews I should have been wary. 0/10
