★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je voor al jouw lessen hebt betaald, verwacht je natuurlijk dat je deze aangeboden krijgt en kan volgen. Helaas besloot CVO Tervuren de lessen voor de gehele klas niet te laten doorgaan en krijg jij (en de rest van jouw 'klas') jouw geld niet terug.
Aangezien CVO Tervuren de lessen heeft stop gezet, zou je de rest van de betaalde lessen die niet doorgaan, terugbetaald krijgen.
Dit is niet het geval. Ze zeggen tegen de gehele groep dat jij niets krijgt terugbetaald omdat je zelf besluit niet naar de lessen te komen. Iedereen wou nochtans naar de lessen komen, de lessen werden gewoonweg stop gezet. Hier ging CVO Tervuren zwaar in de fout en verliest daardoor enorm veel vertrouwen en geloofbaarheid in hun 'systeem'.
Ik hoop dat deze malafide praktijk van hun toch gaat verdwijnen en dat CVO Tervuren terugkeert naar het Volwassenonderwijs van vroeger.
 If you have paid for all your lessons, you naturally expect to be offered and able to follow them. Unfortunately, CVO Tervuren decided not to let the lessons for the entire class continue and you (and the rest of your 'class') will not get your money back.
Since CVO Tervuren has stopped the lessons, you would be refunded the rest of the paid lessons that did not take place.
This is not the case. They tell the entire group that you will not receive a refund because you decide not to come to the lessons. However, everyone wanted to come to the lessons, the lessons were simply stopped. This is where CVO Tervuren made a serious mistake and therefore loses a lot of confidence and credibility in their 'system'.
I hope that this mala fide practice of theirs will disappear and that CVO Tervuren will return to the adult education of the past.
