Fortement déçue. Des cours annulés occasionnellement, un coach qui disparaît pendant deux mois malgré un abonnement payé (assez onéreux pour seulement quelques mois) pour une durée précise, des séances presque désertes.. Si vous ne pouvez décaler vos séances à un autre jour et que vous avez un empêchement le jour j, ne comptez pas sur un geste commercial du club, qu'importe les raisons. Si vous dépassez votre forfait mais qu'il vous reste des séances à cause de l'absence de votre coach entre autres, je vous déconseille fortement ce club: aucun cadeau ne vous sera fait et vous rentrerez chez vous en ayant dépensé de l'argent pour rien.
Very disappointed. Lessons canceled occasionally, a coach who disappears for two months despite a paid subscription (expensive enough for only a few months) for a specific duration, sessions which are almost deserted. If you cannot postpone your sessions to another day and you have an impediment on the big day, do not count on a commercial gesture from the club, whatever the reasons. If you exceed your package but you have sessions left because of the absence of your coach among others, I strongly recommend this club: no gifts will be made to you and you will return home having spent money for nothing.

Depuis les mesures et la fermeture des salles, je n’ai eu aucune nouvelle de la part de la salle de sport concernant mon abonnement de sport que j’ai payé 3 jours avant la,fermeture et cela depuis octobre 2020. Après des mails, des messages Facebook, des appels, des commentaires sous les publication, nous sommes fin avril 2021 et je ne sais toujours pas si je vais pouvoir être remboursé de mon abonnement pour lequel j’ai payé plus de 200€ et pour lequel je n’ai JAMAIS su aller faire du sport. Salle malhonnête, ne communique pas, et ne se soucis pas du bien-être des clients. C’est honteux. Cette crise est difficile pour tout le monde, mais la moindre des choses EST LA COMMUNICATION.
Since the measurements and the closing of the rooms, I have had no news from the gym concerning my sports subscription which I paid 3 days before the closing date and this since October 2020. After emails, Facebook messages, calls, comments under the posts, we are at the end of April 2021 and I still do not know if I will be able to be reimbursed for my subscription for which I paid more than 200 € and for which I have not NEVER knew how to go in for sports. Dishonest room, does not communicate, and does not care about the welfare of customers. It is shameful. This crisis is difficult for everyone, but the least thing IS COMMUNICATION.

Family owned gym with a really good cibe. Owner and teachers are super nice and good in explaining exercises

It’s a family type of local gym for your average needs. Run down and with some equipment. Haven’t ever done the classes, ppl say those are good. However, apparently during lockdown they’ve redid the lockers which made them take out literally tens of trash bags of peoples shoes and clothes. I have gone a couple of times before and had absolutely new sneakers. They couldn’t find them, blamed me for not picking them up before lockdown and haven’t ever answered the phone over this. Really never going back there again, this is absolutely unprofessional.

First of all, I really liked the group classes they normally offer. What I did not appreciate at all is that it is impossible to reach someone in the club via e-mail or phone. Most of the time, no one ever replied to my e-mails. Also during lockdown, I never managed to get in contact with the club. Furthermore, I mainly chose this fitness club because they have a sauna. However, even before the lockdown, the sauna was only open during weekends and with rather poor hygiene standards. Overall, I cannot recommend this fitness club, simply because they lack proficiency.
