Ce sera la cuisine qu'ils ont choisis à ma place et rien d'autres ( autres coloris...!). Et quand j'aborde la question d'une éventuelle rupture de contrat car ils n'étaient pas en mesure de me fournir la cuisine désirée, ils me répondent dans les yeux que j'ai signé un contrat et que je n'ai pas le droit de rompre le contrat. En bref je n'ai pas le choix c'est comme ça et pas autrement! Après avoir fait appel à mon avocat, nous avons finalement rompu le contrat comme je le désirais et récupérer ma caution mais ça m'aura coûté du temps et de l'argent en gestion de dossier par mon avocat! Mon conseil? Allez ailleurs! Impeccable service until signing BUT once faced with a problem (ordered kitchen no longer available) impossible to calmly discuss around a table to find a solution. It will be the kitchen they have chosen for me and nothing else (other colors ...!). And when I approach the question of a possible breach of contract because they were not able to provide me the desired kitchen, they answer me in the eyes that I signed a contract and that I do not have the right to break the contract. In short I have no choice it is like that and not otherwise! After calling on my lawyer, we finally broke the contract as I wanted and get my bail back but it will have cost me time and money in case management by my lawyer! My advice? Go elsewhere!
