A	Alicia Benoit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai accompagnée une amie pour le choix de sa cuisine. On est allé chez Dovy de Wavre. Excellent contact avec une équipe cool (2 hommes, 2 femmes). Mon amie a eu de très bons conseils. Et finalement, on a trouvé mieux pour sa pièce. Ailleurs, les vendeurs d'en face (Eggo) n'ont jamais cherché comme l'a fait, Pascal, un sympathique barbu et cool. Depuis ce jour, sa cuisine Dovy est installé. Rien à dire. Je sais où j'irai quand ce sera pour moi ;-) I accompanied a friend for the choice of her cuisine. We went to Dovy's house in Wavre. Excellent contact with a cool team (2 men, 2 women). My friend had very good advice. And finally, we found better for his piece. Elsewhere, the sellers opposite (Eggo) have never looked like Pascal, a nice bearded and cool. Since that day, his kitchen Dovy is installed. Nothing to say. I know where I will go when it will be for me ;-)

Il ne pousse pas à vous vendre le plus onéreux, ils sont à l'écoute du désir du client, de leur budget tout en conseillant. Nous avons donc choisi Dovy car il y on une vrai approche de la satisfaction du client. We were very well received by the staff every time we visited. It does not push you to sell the most expensive, they are listening to the customer's desire, their budget while advising. So we chose Dovy because there is a real approach to customer satisfaction.

La période n'était pourtant pas propice. Elle est superbe ! Cette cuisine correspond exactement aux souhaits que j'avais énumérés lors de notre première rencontre de septembre de l'année dernière. Pascal y a ajouté ses idées, notamment les étagères murales avec l'éclairage led intégré, et le lave-vaisselle avec comfortlift.? Heureusement ou dommage, on conserve une cuisine très longtemps, surtout de cette qualité, mais on peut toujours conseiller une société, un vendeur autour de soi. I can only thank Pascal Dandoy, as well as all the speakers, the deliverers, the installers for their involvement in our kitchen project, this from the design to the realization, and the final ordering. The period was not, however, favorable. She is superb ! This kitchen corresponds exactly to the wishes I had listed when we first met in September of last year. Pascal added his ideas to it, notably the wall shelves with integrated led lighting, and the dishwasher with comfortlift.? Fortunately or too bad, we keep a kitchen for a very long time, especially of this quality, but we can always advise a company, a salesperson around you.
E	Edi Budu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Armoires de cuisine Dovy ne sont pas résistantes à l’eau et donc pas convenable pour une cuisine. Après même pas une année d’utilisation de ma cuisine - qui a coûté 30K € -, les tiroirs sous l’évier ont commencer à séparer et gonfler à cause des gouttelettes qui arrive du robinet. Le technicien arrive et me dis c’est de l’eau - un vrai Sherlock. On m’envoie une facture de 400 euros pour changer mes tiroirs. Une plainte formelle est introduite à l’association des consommateurs. Dovy kitchen cabinets are not water resistant and therefore not suitable for a kitchen. After not even a year of using my kitchen - which cost € 30K - the drawers under the sink started to separate and swell from the droplets coming from the faucet. The tech comes in and tells me it's water - a real Sherlock. They send me an invoice for 400 euros to change my drawers. A formal complaint is lodged with the consumers' association.

Maintenant on m'annonce que ce serait fin Novembre et on me dit d'attendre le courrier qui confirme la date exacte que je n'ai toujours pas reçu! Donc à priori 5 mois d'attente mais encore aucune confirmation, le délais pourrait encore changer. Je reverrai le rating une fois que la cuisine sera placée ainsi je jugerai de l’entièreté du service, la qualité, la finition et le professionnalisme. Vu le prix, je souhaite vivement que la suite se passe parfaitement. Le service lors du dessin du projet est impeccable mais une fois que l'on s'est engagé en signant le devis, le service ne suit pas!!! Deadlines not respected !!! I ordered the kitchen in June. Before the order I am told the placement for October. Now I am told that it will be the end of November and I am told to wait for the mail which confirms the exact date that I still have not received! So a priori 5 months of waiting but still no confirmation, the time could still change. I will review the rating once the kitchen is placed so I will judge the entire service, quality, finish and professionalism. Considering the price, I really hope that the rest will go perfectly. The service during the design of the project is impeccable but once we have committed by signing the estimate, the service does not follow !!!

Elle prend vraiment son temps et respecte toutes les attentes du client tout en proposant ses conseils judicieux. Je recommande. La nouvelle cuisine enfin installée, je souhaite rajouter un avis sur le placeur Bruno C. et son épouse qui ont vraiment bien travaillé:-). Ils étaient ponctuels, minutieux et compétents. Tout a été installé parfaitement en temps et heure. MERCI ! En ce qui concerne le service général de DOVY, chaque service a été très accueillant et correct. Rien à dire... Home and personalized advice. Ms. Yulia Dagova is great. She really takes her time and respects all the expectations of the customer while offering her judicious advice. I recommend. The new kitchen finally installed, I want to add an opinion on the distributor Bruno C. and his wife who worked really well :-). They were punctual, meticulous and competent. Everything has been installed perfectly in time. THANK YOU ! Regarding the general service of DOVY, each service was very welcoming and correct. Nothing to say...

Les prix excessifs pour une solution qui ne nous convenait même pas. Nous avons renoncé à commander chez Dovy. Visit for kitchen purchase. The advice and proposals were not very elaborate.
