Le technicien était très sympathique et compétent, le remplacement c'est fait assez vite. Par contre je viens de recevoir la facture : Déplacement 30€ + main d'oeuvre 75€, jusque là pas de soucis. Prix facturé du circulateur 280€, prix du circulateur chez le fabriquant 136€, facture total de 406€ TVAC. Je peux comprendre que les indépendants doivent facturer les pièces plus cher pour pouvoir vivre et payer leurs employés, mais là j'ai juste l'impression de m'être fait voler. Plus de 2 fois plus cher que dans le commerce, je trouve cela exagéré. I called on this company to replace a circulator on my gas boiler. The technician was very friendly and competent, the replacement was done fairly quickly. By cons I just received the invoice: Travel € 30 + labor € 75, so far no worries. Invoiced price of the circulator 280 €, price of the circulator with the manufacturer 136 €, total invoice of 406 € incl. VAT. I can understand that freelancers have to charge more for parts to be able to live and pay their employees, but there I just feel like I was robbed. More than 2 times more expensive than in the trade, I find that exaggerated.
