It is almost impossible to reach them by phone! The opening hours are mediocre. Moreover the follow-up of the files are non-existent. SERIOUS for the workers.

Contrary to my first opinion which was negative, I find that there is an improvement in the level of service and in particular telephone support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un syndicat nul de chez nul, un beau zéro, pas de suivi de dossier, pas de réponses au mails, pertes de documents intempestives, pas moyen de les joindre au tel. mais punaise !!!! en attendent, pas d'indemnisation pour un jeune qui étudie en alternance et ce depuis 3 mois. par contre, à la FGTB, ils m'ont répondu de suite mais ne peuvent rien faire sans son dossier complet.
Je vais faire appel a la médiation de la csc !
A zero union from zero, a good zero, no file follow-up, no responses to emails, untimely loss of documents, no way to reach them on the phone. but bug !!!! expect, no compensation for a young person who has been studying in a work-study program for 3 months. on the other hand, at the FGTB, they answered me straight away but could not do anything without his complete file.
I will appeal to the mediation of the csc!
