T	Tezli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impossible a joindre par téléphone et depuis 2 ans rien n'est fais pour améliorer la joignabilité mais pour réclamé les cotisations alors que y a aucun service ils sont fort impossible to reach by phone and for 2 years nothing has been done to improve reachability but to claim the contributions when there is no service they are strong
D	Deborah Hasquin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Est ce que ça leur derangerais de répondre au tel ça travaillent déjà jamais , sa fait 1 mois que mon copain attend sa paie de travail pfi et ils ne sont même pas capable de les envoyer, 1 mois qu'on essaie de les contacter y a jamais personne , je vais venir déposer mon CV si c'est pour ne pas travailler et être payer , honteux , la pire csc que j'ai jamais vu Would it bother them to answer such that they already never work, its been 1 month that my boyfriend waited for his work pay pfi and they are not even able to send them, 1 month that we try to contact them ago never anyone, I'm going to come and drop my CV if it's not to work and be paid, ashamed, the worst csc I have ever seen
J	Julian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapide quand ça les arrange… Parfois il faut attendre 1 voire 2 semaines pour avoir une simple réponse par mail. Très difficile de les avoir par téléphone, soit il faut être très déterminé et sonner à grande répétition ou soit il faut avoir de la chance. C’est très dommage car au final on paie pour leurs services… Fast when it suits them… Sometimes you have to wait 1 or even 2 weeks to get a simple response by email. Very difficult to get them by phone, either you have to be very determined and ring repeatedly or you have to be lucky. It’s a shame because in the end we pay for their services…
