I came in to get my car fixed since someone accidentally hit it in a parking lot. Small bump, and completely covered by the other guy's insurance. I thought this was going to go smoothly ...
The lady "helping" me was in a very bad mood ... ALL three times I went there. I'm still not sure if she was treating me like a criminal or an idiot.
It took them a month to book me in, and then took them 5 days to do the actual repair. I got a replacement car and they stressed at least 3 times I had to bring it back clean and full of gas. Perfectly normal, in my opinion!
BUT I expect the same for my car too! Instead I got my car back with a weird smell, greasy fingerprints on windows and steering wheel controls etc. Since I picked up my car I hear this annoying sound as if they didn't put everything back together properly. F-ing amateurs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swift on-boarding with paperwork and control of the vehicle with a lot of attention to COVID health procedures. Follow up and delivery of paint job was spot-on. Imagine a brand new car. Personnel is professional kind and at your service. Mind you, you'll have to find the entrance gateway at the fare end of a gas station.
