★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used this a few times in the last 18 months.
The website clearly says coaches run on the hour and half hour but sometimes when you get on, you discover the return trip is only hourly.
Every time the coach/bus is very hot inside and the air con doesn't ever work, nor can windows be opened.
That said at €10 each way it is a lot easier than the faff of taking the train for just €4 more each way.
Taxis have a fixed fare of €50 each way so for parties of 6 sharing, the taxi would be a cheaper option. The downside of that is you have to pre arrange your pick up point and time.
If this did run every 30 mins and wasn't so hot and uncomfortable- I'd give it 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent company. Buses were always on time for both journeys and was simple to find after getting off our ship. The ladies at the front desk at the cruise port were very friendly and helpful.
The map and discount sheet provided was useful aswell for navigating around the city. For only €20 per person it is far cheaper than taxi or train if it's only 2 or 3 of tour and the coaches were comfortable and well maintained. The air con worked perfectly which was nice after walking around in the heat wave.
The walk from the drop off point is a little long (around 2km to the central square) but this means that you get to see all the side streets and view some nice shops, restaurants and cafes. It might not be recommended if you struggle to walk or are less mobile. But overall I would highly reccomend this company if you're looking for a cheap way to visit Bruges.

They promised to take us back to Zeebrugge. Their last buses are supposed to leave Brugge at 5 pm and 5:30 pm. We were there at 4:40 pm, and no bus came to pick us up!
We had to take a taxi back to the cruise ship and barely made it on time. It was a very stressful experience and this unreliable company almost destroyed our holiday.
Give them your money at your own peril!!!
