O	Oskar Vitlif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid business hotel in the south of Antwerp. The location isn't super central, but the property is within a half-hour of the main train station. Guests can expect all the necessary amenities - including a pool. My room was spacious, the furniture was quality, and there was a large TV. The restaurant was nicely appointed, and service was very quick and courteous. My personal highlight was the very fast Internet (80 Mbps).
G	Graham Gibbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful pool and spacious sauna which must be booked during covid. I booked Saturday afternoon and was able to get a 8am Sunday slot despite the large size of the hotel. Decent restaurant and well-stocked 24hr store. Not a far drive from the center.

Anna: not a lot of choice, but good, enough and staff was amazing. Tip: try the beer Seef!! Other: a clean up around the hotel could be done. A lot of garbage.
C	Cristina Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! I stayed in this hotel for the swimming pool. When I called reservations I asked if I had to book a time slot for the swimming pool, they said NO! I asked again if they are sure about it and they conformed. Now my surprise is that arrived to the hotel with my 5 years old and the swimming pool is fully booked today and also tomorrow!! Soo upset! I will never again stay in a crown plaza. Horrible service!

In all other cases look for another place to stay if you don’t want to ruin your vacation. An outdated hotel with bad service. Our room was super hot (not possible to breath even with an open window). No solution was provided by the staff even after several calls, so that we had to sacrifice for the whole night. And if all above is not enough…. reserve half an hour if you want to get a breakfast in the morning (see photo with a line to breakfast)
P	Pino Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take a long time for check-in. As an IHG hotel, they have some problems with their payment system. I have never met this kind of problem with my credit card, but only at this hotel, it makes the situation extra awkward. I received msg from my bank that the money was GONE, but the reception kept saying it was just PRE-AUTHORIZATION! It seems they know much better than me with my bank! They needed me to pay twice just ignored what I mentioned that I received the msg from my bank. We being forced to pay twice! And still figuring out what is wrong with the 1st payment! It was just very annoyed. We are here with the kids for a weekend, and we want to use the swimming pool. But they told us the swimming pool was fully booked! We have to make reservations in advance. I did call them before we arrived, but the reception never answered the phone! So basically, we come from the Netherlands for nothing..and this hotel does not deserve four stars. In my opinion, three stars are more than enough. The towels in my room are wet; they forgot to take the towels away from the previous customer. As an IHG hotel, it’s disappointed me.
D	Diamond4c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, easy access to the BRU airport, Antwerp city. Tank station next door. Time ago I enjoyed a diner in this hotel, quite good. However, the matrass is poor in comparison with Holiday inn, holiday inn express, indigo, kimpton and Hualuxe...also the large size of decoration has a very poor pixel...anyway, personally I will stay in this hotel in future but not recommend this hotel to my friend or business partner.
g	georginamgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a great hotel, now I find it rather outdated. Some rooms have very small beds, i wonder why they say they are double beds. Hotel temperature is very warm, so you can go from the swimming pool to your room with a simple robe. Great swimming pool. Very friendly staff. Parking in the street for free, otherwise 17 euros per day
