★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne peux pas comparer avec d'autres salles ni d'autres coachs car c'est la première fois que je fais du crossfit mais ce que je peux dire est que TOUT est génial : les installations, l'ambiance, la bienveillance des coachs, la large plage horaire des cours tous les jours, la limite à 12 personnes max par cours qui permet un excellent suivi individuel et du groupe, leurs wod, les alternatives rendant les exercices faisables par tous et de tout niveaux, les encouragements face à la difficulté, les événements organisés de temps en temps, le sauna, le space bar avec un bon choix healthy, la déco... What else??
J'en ai pour mon argent et les sourires sont nombreux et gratuits ?
 I can't compare with other gyms or other coaches because it's the first time I've done crossfit but what I can say is that EVERYTHING is great: the facilities, the atmosphere, the friendliness of the coaches , the wide time slot of the lessons every day, the limit of 12 people max per lesson which allows excellent individual and group follow-up, their wods, the alternatives making the exercises feasible by all and of all levels, the encouragement in the face of difficulty, the events organized from time to time, the sauna, the space bar with a good healthy choice, the decor ... What else ??
I get what I pay for and the smiles are plentiful and free ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so nice to know that when we visit our family in Nivelles, there is a CrossFit box just a kilometer away. The box itself is amazing! Biggest one that I've been to! The coaches are great, and the members are highly supportive as well. I was not disappointed with the WOD either.Looking forward to future visits.
