Inscrite depuis 2 ans, c'est devenu mon 2ème chez-moi. Nice crossfit gym with a good family atmosphere that offers a fairly wide schedule and several highly qualified coaches. Listed for 2 years, it has become my 2nd home.

Le matériel est parfait (rogue), plusieurs plages horaires possibles pour les cours, excellents shakes après les wod… Je conseil donc vraiment cette salle ! Exceptional Crossfit room at all levels , each of the coaches is specialized in his field, which allows you to learn a lot of things. Depuis que j'ai intégré cette salle, j'ai hautement progressé autant en technique, qu'en force musculaire et en endurance ! De plus super ambiance et très familiale, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Les coaches sont toujours disponibles pour te conseiller, attentifs et très sympas. La salle est super bien placée car il y a un parking en dessous et un super-marche pour les cours après le sport. Professional, well sure, great atmosphere! I started almost a year and this is the best decision I've made! The coaches are always available to advise you, attentive and very friendly. The room is really well placed because there is a parking underneath and a super-market for courses after sport.
