★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour avoir fréquenté plusieurs salles de fitness/Crossfit dans le sud de Bruxelles, je peux affirmer que celle-ci offre le meilleur rapport qualité/prix.
Equipement complet et neuf, coach qualifiés, accueil chaleureux, ... à peu près tout ce qu'on attend d'une salle de Crossfit ! + Mention spéciale pour la zone dédiée aux sports de combat.
Mon épouse est ravie des cours particuliers et mes enfants ne jurent plus que par les activités "kids" proposées, je suis comblé !
 Having frequented several fitness / Crossfit rooms in the south of Brussels, I can say that this one offers the best quality / price ratio.
Complete and new equipment, qualified coach, warm welcome, ... just about everything you would expect from a Crossfit gym! + Special mention for the area dedicated to combat sports.
My wife is delighted with the private lessons and my children swear by the "kids" activities offered, I am delighted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une box incroyable avec une équipe de coach qui parvient à allier la conscience du travail bien fait et la détente après l'effort. Le coaching personnalisé est aussi le gros point fort de BGA, le suivi est nickel et peu importe votre niveau, vous sortirez de ces séances avec le sentiment de vous êtes dépassés. Ambiance au top aussi, bref n'hésitez plus allez l'essayer !
An incredible box with a team of coaches who manage to combine awareness of a job well done and relaxation after the effort. Personalized coaching is also BGA's strong point, the follow-up is perfect and no matter your level, you will come out of these sessions with the feeling that you are overwhelmed. Great atmosphere too, in short, go try it!

My 1st year of cross fit, despite some professional unforeseen preventing me from practicing freely, I recommend this room! Suffering guaranteed but with the desire to return!
