This is the first sport that I really stick to. This is partly due to the excellent guidance of the coaches and the pleasant atmosphere among the participants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crossfit Aalst is spacious, it has an indoor circuit around which you can run to do a warmup run. It is a fully fledged crossfit box with calisthenics or crossfit station. Olympic lifting, cardio equipment there are rowing, skiing, treadmill. The group are no so big one has to sign up to a session before hand.
