★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait aussi l’expérience de cette banque, et effectivement personnel très désagréable, attente de 6 mois pour la mise en route du dossier, la banque vous demande de signer un compromis, faires de devis , d’appeler des architectes et j’en passe, vous fais dépenser beaucoup d’argent et de temps pour au final vous dire non ou on ne sait pas ou bien peut être ou donner nous un peu d’argent et on verra.
Personnel tout à fait incompétent et désagréable, il est vrai que ça dure tellement longtemps qu’on ne sait plus se retourner vers une autre banque.
Je déconseille fortement cette banque sociale qui au fond n’en est pas une.

Completely incompetent and rude staff, it is true that it lasts so long that you do not know how to turn to another bank.
I strongly advise against this social bank, which basically is not one.
