N'ignorez pas tous les avis négatifs présent sur trust Pilot ou autres car la société traîne énormément de casseroles avec un turn-over défiant tout ce que j'ai pu voir jusqu'ici. J'ai perdu mon année de VIE, sans aucune montée en compétence et je vous passe les déboires. L'agilité n'est qu'une façade, tous les juniors ne sont que de la "chairs à canon". On sait tous que le monde du conseil n'est pas simple mais attendez-vous au pire du pire chez Cream. Profil VIE fuyez ! vous allez très certainement le regretter. Tenez-compte des avis quitte à avoir un retour auprès de Business France sur la société. À bon entendeur.
Lots of opinions bought apparently, I strongly advise against all junior project management profiles. Do not ignore all the negative opinions present on Trust Pilot or others because the company is dragging a lot of pots with a turnover defying anything I have seen so far. I lost my year of LIFE, without any increase in skills and I will spare you the setbacks. Agility is just a facade, all juniors are just "cannon fodder". We all know that the consulting world is not easy, but expect the worst from the worst at Cream. Profile LIFE run away! you will certainly regret it. Take into account the opinions even if it means having a return to Business France on the company. To the best of my mind.
