Basics of running a restaurant starts with communicating correct opening hours. Impossible to reach them by phone as usual and their Google listing is incorrectly completed - again, basics! So FYI, to save you the trip which we did anyway, they are not open on Mondays despite the misleading published time information. I personally recommend Pasta Commedia, much much better and atleast they are open for business. (Or many other alternatives.). Cosi Come is frequently closed and unreachable, not just these unusual days, but since years, Its reputation is further reflected in other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzas are good, but I find really rude the fact that they never pick up the phone. We have been trying to call them for weeks and they have never picked up. A friend of mine had the same issue so it seems it's not just me.
If you are currently not taking phone orders at least make it clear on your website or set up an automatic message on your phone. Don't make your customers lose their time.

People are friendly.
Only complaint is - when we phone you to book, its common decency to tell us UPFRONT that you ONLY take cash
That way it will avoid a party of people uncomfortably sitting around waiting for someone to get dressed, so he can go out into the snow and cross a busy street in order to draw cash at an atm, return and pay for the meals.
