★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installation des fenêtres et portes nickel travail très propres et rapide,rien a dire par contre le service après-vente laissez tomber car cela fait trois ans que l on attend toujours pour qu ils reviennent remplacer le joint de dessous de la porte de entrée . J ai téléphoné a plusieurs reprises et la dernière fois que je les ai appelé on m a répondu qu ils avaient le joint mais qu ils attendaient d avoir un travail proche de la maison donc on peut toujours attendre ............ Au cas où

Installation of nickel windows and doors work very clean and fast, nothing to say on the other hand the after-sales service let it go because it has been three years that we are still waiting for them to come back to replace the seal underneath the entrance door. I phoned several times and the last time I called them I was told that they had the joint but that they were waiting for a job close to home so we can always wait .......... .. In case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 jaren geleden besteld en geplaatst geweest. Allemaal heel goed gegaan. Maar als je ze dan achteraf nodig hebt dan hoor je of zie je niemand meer. Nochtans al 1000x gebeld. Rond de 500ste keer bellen toch iemand gehad. Werkje is te klein (ja maar voor ons belangrijk want er stroomt water binnen langs onze voordeur als het regent) nu zijn we 3 jaren later en nog steeds niemand gehoord of gezien.
Jammer.
Willen ze mij toch na die review contacteren om het goed te maken. Kunnen ze mij in hun dossier terug vinden onder de naam Garré Bille van Houtem
Ordered and installed 6 years ago. All went very well. But if you then need them afterwards, you will not hear or see anyone. Called 1000 times already. Around the 500th call, someone still got it. Work is too small (yes, but important to us because water flows in through our front door when it rains) now we are 3 years later and still no one has heard or seen anyone.
Unfortunate.
