After leaving 5 emails unanswered regarding a billing error I finally decided to call and had someone on the phone assure me that they would fix the problem. At this time, it has been 3 months since I still had no answer! Unacceptable.

I am disappointed with the physiotherapy software. I have never had so many errors in my third party payers. The matrix printer goes wrong with each update. A lot of time wasted ....
