まず、入ってすぐにおしぼりが出てきてビックリ。日本料理以外で、おしぼりが出てきたのはここが初めてかも…
そして、何と言ってもお皿を舐める料理には驚いた！？子供達に見せられないかも…。
最後まで楽しませてもらえるレストランだった。
 It was fun to see and eat with creative dishes.
First of all, I was surprised to see a hand towel coming out as soon as I entered. This may be the first time that a hand towel has appeared other than Japanese food ...
And after all, I was surprised at the food that licks the plate! ?? I may not be able to show it to the children ...
It was a restaurant that you could enjoy until the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely fantastic array of flavors, colors, aromas and textures. What a treat for the senses. We were 'wowed' by the artistry and attention to detail: from presentation (these are beautiful plates!) to the combination of flavors to the incredible service. This was one of our favorite meals in Brussels and are sad we did not 'discover' this neighborhood gem sooner. We look forward to our return.

The Food - absolutely creative and delicious. Balancing good taste with impressive looks & decorations. Top quality ingredients.
The Service - good, friendly. The Chef visits the table at the end of our tour de gourmet for a small chat. Nice!
The Place - cool and Nordic style, which we loved! Simplistic, smart and yet warm.
The Wines - this is why we didn't through in a 5th star. We did chose the wine pairing which normally gives a perfect food mirroring and to discover something exciting. Unfortunately not here, a little bit too experimental (too much cider!) and quite often not matching the food quality. Missing the equilibrium here.
Bottom Line - we will return in spring to try the outside terrasse, this time simply order the wine ourselves by the bottle.

In the end when you pay 250 euros for tow people this is the minimum…
If you don’t like fish maybe it’s not the place for you.
