★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongelooflijk slechte service en onbekwaam personeel. Opeenstapeling van defecten door slechte reparatie. Hun slogan. We bellen terug en laten niets van zich horen. Lift in appartementsgebouw met rolstoelgebruikers.
Incredibly poor service and incompetent staff. Accumulation of defects due to poor repair. Their slogan. We call back and let nothing be heard. Elevator in apartment building with wheelchair users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je reçois les correspondances en néerlandais malgré la situation géographique de mon ascenseur dans le brabant wallon, je dois les menacer pour obtenir des explications à mes diverses pannes. Sans parler du servcice de garde... En bref ils sont épuisants !!!
I receive correspondence in Dutch despite the location of my elevator in the Walloon Brabant, I must threaten to get explanations for my various failures. Not to mention the duty servcice ... In short they are exhausting!

Coopman Orona: un service de dépannage ascenseur 24/24 7/7 très décevant et non recommendable avec un "je m'enfoustisme" total. Même avec un contrat d'entretien en bonne et due forme...
Nous sommes une petite copropriété dans le centre de Bruxelles et l'ascenseur est tombé en passe le vendredi 6 décembre vers midi: malgré une dizaine d'appels (dont le syndic de la copropriété) entre vendredi 13h et aujourd'hui samedi 20h... à chaque choix, l'interlocuteur nous indique que le technicien va passer, mais ne passe pas... quand on demande vers quel moment (soit heure ou soit le jour...) le technicien va passer ils répondent qu'ils ne savent pas...
On leur a pourtant dit qu'il y a un copropriétaire résidant atteint de Parkinson au 6e étage, des familles avec très jeunes enfants/bébés au 4e et 5e étages, mais cela n 'a rien changé...
Donc en panne depuis + de 24 heures et toujours pas de technicien en vue(((
Je pense que cette entreprise doit avoir soit de gros problèmes d'organisation, soit trop peu de techniciens, soit que Coopman Orona soutraite ses interventions techniques et qu'elle n'en a pas le contrôle...

Coopman Orona: a lift service 24/24 7/7 very disappointing and not recommendable with a total "je m'foustisme". Even with a maintenance contract in good standing ...
We are a small co-ownership in the center of Brussels and the elevator fell on Friday, December 6 around noon: despite a dozen calls (including the trustee of the condo) between Friday 13h and today Saturday 20h .. at each choice, the interlocutor tells us that the technician will pass, but does not pass ... when asked when (or hour or day ...) the technician will pass they answer they do not do not know ...
They were told that there is a resident co-owner with Parkinson's on the 6th floor, families with very young children / babies on the 4th and 5th floors, but that did not change anything ...
So down for more than 24 hours and still no technician in sight (((
I think that this company must have either big organizational problems, or too few technicians, or that Coopman Orona submits its technical interventions and that it does not have control ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4mois que notre ascenseur a un problème pour la fermeture de la porte coulissante dans notre copropriété, 4mois que le syndic fait des mises en demeure et rien ne bouge. Je vous déconseille vivement cette société
4months that our elevator has a problem closing the sliding door in our condominium, 4months that the trustee makes formal notices and nothing moves. I strongly recommend this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is bad. It takes a least a week for a job to get done. It was already twice I encountered problem with there elevator in 2 months period. In both cases it took at least a week for them to repair it.

[Update] Feb/2018 Malfunction twice (4th & 5th breakdown in 7months)
*Dec/2017 Another malfunction (3rd breakdown in 6months)
*Nov/2017 Elevator finally "repaired" and functioned for only 4 hours, and then shut down again.
*Oct/2017 Repair requests weren't even sent to technicians correctly.
*May-Oct/2017 Ignore customer's repair request for four months after delivery.
*May/2017 Failed promised date of delivery. It's signed to deliver the elevator in May, at the end of April, the elevator wasn't even built!!!! Delayed delivery till July.
*Have only a few technicians touring the whole Europe for all the installation and repair.
*Experienced staffs fired so nobody knows what to do.
REGRET TO HAVE DONE BUSINESS With THEM.
Stay away from this company!!!
