★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically, been here regularly for almost one year. This service is useful and necessary, while the site is well organised and the staff very kind and helpful.
Only once one guy, a coordinator (blonde, glasses), played all difficult with me and impeded to unload my waste surrounded by the staring eyes of his own colleagues. He came out with bureaucratical excuses concerning the rules and the sorting of items (which had never been a problem before, neither was after). So I consider this very unpleasant episode simply an exception.
