Ik werd zeer goed geholpen door een nieuwe medewerkster Evi die zich verontschuldigde nog wat te moeten zoeken en daardoor af en toe hulp moest inroepen: ze deed dit echt rustig, professioneel en erg vriendelijk. Ik voelde me erg welkom, al de vragen dat ik had echt met de glimlach. Samen met een andere dame (grote blonde, sorry haar naam weet k niet) die sterk ervaren was, liep 2x terug met me naar buiten om de best passende klinker van mn top 5 te helpen kiezen. Niets was teveel, dacht mee obv mn foto vd gevel en ging ook nakijken of ze vd gevel nog een staal had liggen, en ja hoor! Ik ben echt goed geholpen dat ik niet met 5 sets klinkers naar huis moest voor mn keuze. Wat een ruim assortiment, sterk ook! Evi ging me bellen ivm de levertermijn en heeft ze gedaan. Dankjewel Evi voor de goede opvolging en je voicemailbericht want op t moment dat je belde dan was ik zelf met een klant bezig. Even ter verduidelijking: ik kende Evi helemaal niet maar deze klantgerichte houding van iemand jong en nog niet zolang in dienst dat vind ik echt een waardering waard maar ook de ervaren dame en t geduld en deskundige begeleiding, top ?? Wow what kindness! I was very well helped by a new employee Evi who apologized for having to look for something and therefore had to call for help now and then: she did this really calmly, professionally and very friendly. I felt very welcome, all the questions I had really with a smile. Together with another lady (big blond, sorry I don't know her name) who was very experienced, walked back 2x with me to help choose the best fitting vowel from my top 5. Nothing was too much, thought along based on my photo of the facade and also went to check whether she still had a sample of the facade, and yes! It really helped me that I didn't have to go home with 5 sets of vowels for my choice. What a wide range, strong too! Evi called me about the delivery time and she did. Thank you Evi for the good follow-up and your voicemail message, because at the moment you called I was busy with a customer myself. Just to clarify: I didn't know Evi at all, but this customer-oriented attitude of someone young and not yet employed for that long, I really think it's worth appreciation, but also the experienced lady and the patience and expert guidance, top ??

When asking for a price list, I was told that this is not available to the public and that you are supposed to ask a sales rep. to draft you an offer. This is to cumbersome for me.
