Néanmoins, à Ans, l'accueil téléphonique est froid et manque totalement d'empathie ! Subir une crise économique et sanitaire n'est pas évident, surtout lorsque l'on se trouve dans une situation difficile, il s'agit déjà d'une sorte d'humiliation ! Une autre humiliation est qu'il faut étaler ses difficultés notamment avec divers documents, sans être pour autant assuré d'une totale discrétion et sans aucune certitude de pouvoir bénéficier d'une aide. En effet, Saint Vincent de Paul se réserve le droit, selon ses critères, d'accorder son aide. Il ne s'agit pas, bien évidemment, des paroles de Dieu ... Hello. Nevertheless, in Ans, the telephone reception is cold and totally lacks empathy! Suffering from an economic and health crisis is not easy, especially when you are in a difficult situation, it is already a kind of humiliation! Another humiliation is that you have to spread your difficulties, especially with various documents, without being assured of total discretion and without any certainty of being able to benefit from assistance.
