J'ai commandé un article il y a 3 semaines, 3 fois que je me rends chez eux pour qu'ils me disent "oh ce sera peut-être là la semaine prochaine". Pas d'excuses, personne n'a proposé de prendre mon numéro pour me prévenir quand l'article sera disponible. Allez-y si vous n'avez vraiment pas le choix, vous serez inévitablement déçus par le service. You have to hang on and take your pain patiently ... I ordered an article 3 weeks ago, 3 times that I go to their place so that they tell me "oh maybe this will be the week next ". No apologies, no one offered to take my number to let me know when the item is available. Go if you really don't have a choice, you will inevitably be disappointed with the service.
