★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch contact gehad op zaterdag 9/4 omstreeks 11u en een mannelijk persoon aan de lijn gehad die absoluut niet behulpzaam was en mij dood leuk vertelde dat ik diende te wachten tot maandag terwijl ik zondag een trip in new york had geboekt en nu op het punt stond in het vliegtuig te stappen.
Als ik aangeef dat dit niet de oplossing is verbindt hij me door met het kantoor dat gesloten is. Dit noem ik nog eens service. Volgende keer niet meer bij connections vilvoorde dat is duidelijk.
Had a phone call on Saturday 9/4 around 11am and had a male person on the line who was absolutely unhelpful and told me dead nice I had to wait until Monday as I had booked a trip in new york on Sunday and now on the point was getting on the plane.
When I indicate that this is not the solution, he puts me through to the office that is closed. This is what I call service. Next time no more at connections vilvoorde that is clear.
