★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondertussen 2x met dit bureau op reis geweest, ik dacht dat de eerste keer een ongelukje was dat er iets mis ging maar na een 2de keer ben ik zeker dat ik dit bureau aan niemand aanraad want naar mijn mening houden ze hier geen rekening met de wensen van de klant en en ze helpen u ook niet verder eens er een probleem zich voor doet .
In the meantime I have been traveling twice with this agency, I thought that the first time it was an accident that something went wrong but after a 2nd time I am sure I would not recommend this agency to anyone because in my opinion they don't take the wishes into account of the customer and they will not help you further once a problem arises.

Staff with little expertise. For example, sold an entrance ticket to a museum that was not open that day, did not get my money back and not even an apology. Several such cases.

We tried to book some long haul flights here, but we got the impression that after asking for a few different flight options it all seemed like to much trouble for the lady assisting us. So much that we left and I went to a different Connections near my work in Vilvoorde to book our flights a few days later.
