L	Lohith GN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low budget hotel. Close to Brussel Noord, Thomas tram station. Their concept is extras are all charged. For e.g. As part of booking we got 2 sep beds. Asked for twin bed - was asked to pay 40€ extra. Couldn't get an extra pillow - was said no. Plus point is rooms have electric stove, oven, fridge and some cutlery. Was a mixed feeling for us with our stay. Not too great, not too less - just OK.
D	Daniel Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for the price, best value place in Brussels. It's super near Gare Du Nord, 3 minutes to the nearest tram stop and a short walk to a Lidl. It also doesn't book up too quickly. A very well kept secret!
J	Joe Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly easy to get to from train station, a lot of construction work going on, ok I can work with that, there is no lift or elevator. Ok work with that too so I had to carry all luggage up the stairs and at 1st the room looked ok, includes wifi, only dish soap for dishes to take your shower. I think the people next door were in our room only to find out you can hear everything they are doing through the walls, insulation? Not! I'm walking around the room after my shower(we brought our own soap) only to find my feet are black. The floor in the bathroom also very nasty, shower dirty and shower head doesn't spray, also don't forget our next door neighbors, sounds like they were in there to. Beds not comfortable either, box springs with cheap mattress on top. Just an FYI this place could be ok if they just pay attention to the little details, I really don't ask for much friendly service and a clean place to sleep. On to our next place!
M	Mitchell van Vliet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit dated and old but does the job fine. Cutlery only had 2 of each and there were no extra pillows in the room. Alot other extra were available like a toaster, microwave, clothing iron and TV. Would stay here again.
D	David GB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, if you are planning on staying here, you must read this. I encourage you to go to other better places for the same money. (Husa near this hostel is a 4 star hotel and you can find rooms for the same price, as we did). Due to the unhealthy house keeping conditions of the room (overall cleanliness, large spider webs on the walls, on the ceiling, on the kitchen, on every corner, not to mention under the bed & small / bigger spiders all over the room), we can't stay longer than one night. Overall this place is a siper haunt. Further more, beds where very uncomfortable and there was so much dust falling from the ceiling that you couldn't breath properly. We went to bed at 00.00 but we couldn't sleep until 4 hours later, due to those conditions. Thats what my couple and I sent them ( to the sales department, as the manager in learning Tanya told us to do), in order to get a refund, as we just stayed 1 our of 3 nights. Thing is, they haven't answered yet (and they won't) in 3 weeks. Very very bad place to stay, seriously unhealthy. Do not expect your money back when you see what this place truly is. Don't say we did not warn you.

Multi level via stairs only, so heavy luggage can be a problem. Close to transport, buses and trams and local shops. Quiet street.
E	Eva Pernicova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK for this price. Room was spacious, with kitchen, dining table, chairs, sofa, wardrobe, hair dryer, iron. Bathroom was quite dirty, but ok. You can hear your neighbors easily. There isn't a lift and hotel has 2 floors. Reception usually isn't available and there isn't any room to put away your luggages before leaving.
D	Dinesh Kumar Nahar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasent stay at Condo Garden. We booked a family room, which had 4 beds and 1 bunk bed. Kitchen attached with all the basic essentials. Sofa, dining table and TV. Safety lockers were also included. The lady manager of the hotel was super friendly. It was neat and clean place with round the clock service and security. It was a great experience. If u r looking for a economical accommodation, then this is the place u can bet on..
