★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet tevreden over het platform. We werken al 10 jaar met het programma. Het laatste jaar overgestapt naar de "cloud applicatie....." Werkt voor geen meter en loopt zeer geregeld vast. Iedere week support nodig. Deze dienst is niet te bereiken in het weekend en buiten de kantoor uren.....Ons probleem wordt uiteindelijk nooit opgelost waardoor we onze samenwerking dienen stop te zetten. Heel spijtig allemaal. Het positieve punt is dat de support dienst altijd heel rustig en vriendelijk blijft.
 Not satisfied with the platform. We have been working with the program for 10 years. Last year switched to the "cloud application ....." Does not work for a meter and crashes very regularly. Need support every week. This service is not available on weekends and outside office hours ..... Our problem is never solved, so we have to stop our cooperation. All very sorry. The positive point is that the support service always remains very calm and friendly.
