★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As this shop also works as a pickup/return point I went there to leave a package regarding a return. In a rude way I was told they don’t accept UPS packages because they’re having problems with them. If they don’t want to work with UPS they should cancel the contract with them in order to UPS stops listing them as a pickup point and avoiding people to loose their time!! My last time here, never more!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel here is very nice! I am using it mostly for amazon deliveries and I like it because you can get the package the day it arrives and you search for the package yourself. And people at the desk are always nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They refused a package of 10kg because according to them is too big even though I came in advance to ask if they receive packages. Useless.
Responding to the owner: you are also a Mondial Relay point and the package was within Mondial Relay limits, if you only accept packages up to a certain size which is not compliant with Mondial Relay limits, you should put a disclaimer in the Mondial Relay site and also warn people when they ask if possible to deposit packages in your establishment. I had to walk 3 km to get to your shop and 3 km back with the package when it could have been avoided with a simple warning from your part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite press point in Brussels! I am always greeted with a smile. The owners/staff are professional and friendly and have never lost or misplaced any of my parcels. I only send my parcels to Comptoir Presse now. They also have a great selection of drinks (including beer), great selection of crisps, books and magazines. Well done et merci!
