Een goed werkend geheel waarvan we tevreden zijn. Op het moment dat de installatie door eigen toedoen niet meer functioneerde dacht ik dat een lange, vervelende en misschien wel kostelijke herstelling op mij stond te wachten. Niets was minder waar want de "helpdesk" van Comelit Belgium heeft me uitstekend geholpen. Service met hoofdletter S waardoor mijn installatie in een mum van tijd opnieuw operationeel was. Technische kennis was duidelijk aanwezig en de bereidheid om te helpen evenzeer. Naast een mooi design en een goede werking staat of valt een merk met de geleverde naservice en die heb ik ervaren als zijnde uitzonderlijk goed! Waarvoor dank @Comelit Belgium Have Comelit 8561V video door intercom installed in our home. Beautiful indoor unit and the outside panel also has a sleek look. A well-functioning whole of which we are satisfied. The moment the installation no longer functioned due to my own actions, I thought that a long, annoying and perhaps costly repair was waiting for me. Technical knowledge was clearly present and the willingness to help just as much.
