I have been a regular customer for months and faced no problems, until a cashier heard me speak another language over a phone call. That time (which was the last time I visited this place) something different happened. The cashier requested to check my backpack after I paid!! He checked the bag twice and found nothing. My bag was never checked before I speak another language. I've seen no other bag was checked but mine. I just wonder if that was just violation of human dignity only or it is also racism!
After that accident, a complaint was submitted via the official website, their response was ignorant. No apology was received yet! I can't recommend this place at all!
